As a licensed PT, I’ll share my creative hacks to sneak in movement in different rooms and during different activities in your home and outside. You’ll also discover the 4 laws of behavior change that make adopting a new habit “easy”! These principles can be applied to any goal you have whether it’s losing weight, writing more, learning an instrument… Understand how “habit stacking”, a technique made known by author Richard Clear, can help you seamlessly move more. I’ll also coach you through creating “SMART” goals for yourself, goals that are Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, and Time-referenced.

With this interactive workshop, be prepared to self-reflect, write, move, and be open to change. You’ll leave with a handout and action plan that you can apply immediately.
